Cancellation & Refund Policy

CANCELLATION

Cancellations can be requested within 24 hours of placing the order.
Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Cancellation requests will be considered only if made within 24 hours of placing the order. However, if the order has been communicated to vendors or merchants and the shipping process has begun, the cancellation request will not be entertained.
Perishable items such as flowers, eatables, etc., cannot be cancelled. However, if the quality of the product delivered is found to be unsatisfactory, a refund or replacement may be provided.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please report it to our Customer Service team. We will process the request once our team has verified the issue. The report should be made within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Please contact our Customer Service team at support@hocheparis.in within 48 hours of receiving the product. After reviewing your complaint, an appropriate solution will be provided.

Customers are required to arrange and pay for the return shipping.
A valid courier receipt must be shared with our support team via email.
Upon receipt of the courier proof, we will issue store credit equivalent to the return courier charges.
Please note: No monetary refund will be issued for return shipping—only store credit will be provided.

All return requests are subject to approval as per the policy outlined above.
Once approved, detailed return instructions will be shared via email only.
Products must be returned in original condition and packaging.

Customer dispatches the return after approval.
Returned item typically reaches our warehouse in 8–14 business days.
Once received, the product undergoes a quality inspection (may take up to 48 hours).
After successful quality check, the refund will be processed back to the original payment source.
Refund processing time: Usually within 7–10 business days after quality approval.
