Shipping to Europe
ALL OUR PRODUCTS ARE SHIPPED FROM INDIA.
We offer complimentary express shipping across Europe.
All prices displayed are inclusive of VAT and applicable customs duties — no hidden charges.
Orders are shipped via DHL Express with end-to-end tracking for a seamless delivery experience.
Most orders are delivered within 3–4 business days; deliveries to remote locations may take a few additional days.
Shipping To USA
All orders include insured, trackable shipping for complete delivery assurance.
All orders ship directly from India.
*Important- Prices shown on the website do not include U.S. import tariffs. Any applicable tariffs will be the buyer’s responsibility at the time of delivery.
Shipping Charges
We offer free express shipping for all international orders(USA) above $100. A fee of $20 will be levied for orders below $100.
Delivery Timelines
Standard international delivery takes approximately 6-14 business days.
Express delivery usually takes 5-8 business days to deliver.
While we ship worldwide, some regions may be restricted due to logistical constraints.
Duties & Taxes
Please note that custom duties and taxes are not included in your order total at checkout. These charges are determined by your country’s customs authority and must be paid directly to the shipping carrier upon delivery.
Tracking Packages:
You can track your package using the tracking or delivery number provided in your shipment confirmation email. If the email is not visible in your inbox, please check your spam folder. In some cases, tracking information may take up to 24-48 hours to appear online.
Orders can also be tracked via the “Track Order” page on our website, where you will need to enter your order number.
Delivery Attempts & Customer Responsibility
We partner with trusted carriers, including the United States Postal Service (USPS), to deliver your orders.
Please note that certain carriers may attempt delivery only once. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, a notice may be left with instructions to reschedule delivery or collect the package from your local post office.
By placing an order, you agree that it is your responsibility to:
- Ensure availability at the delivery address, or
- Promptly follow the carrier’s instructions to reschedule delivery or arrange pickup
Failure to take action after a delivery attempt may result in the package being returned to the sender.
Failed Delivery / Unclaimed Packages
If a shipment is returned to us due to:
- Customer unavailability at the time of delivery
- Failure to reschedule delivery
- Failure to collect the package from the carrier
- Incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout
Such cases will be considered failed delivery due to customer negligence.
In these situations:
- The order will not be eligible for a refund
- Reshipment can be arranged upon request and will be subject to additional shipping charges
- Alternatively, store credit may be issued at our sole discretion
Non-Acceptance of Delivery
Refusing delivery or failing to claim the package within the carrier’s holding period will be treated as non-acceptance of the order.
Non-accepted orders are not eligible for refunds.
Customer Acknowledgment
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to:
- The carrier’s delivery process and limitations
- Your responsibility to ensure successful delivery or timely collection
- The non-refundable nature of orders returned due to failed delivery attempts
Important Notice
We strongly recommend monitoring your tracking information and taking immediate action if a delivery attempt is missed.
Failure to act within the carrier’s specified timeframe (typically 24–72 hours) may result in the shipment being returned.
Proof of Delivery:
In certain locations or for high-value orders, our delivery partner may request valid ID proof at the time of delivery.
